The ad didn’t play correctly or caused a problem. What can I do?
If you are having trouble viewing ads on your mobile device, there are a few things that can help:
- Make sure you have a stable/strong connection to the Internet (WIFI is recommended)
- Ensure you don't have too many apps running in the background
- Check to see if there are any privacy settings on your device that restrict you from viewing ads
- Check that your Internet provider/region does not restrict ads, or your modem/provider doesn't throttle ads or ad content
If you are experiencing any ad-related issues or offer wall issues that are not resolved by the above steps, please Contact Support and they will investigate further.
My game says there are no ads available. What can I do?
Sorry about that. Idle Frontier has a “pool” of ads to pull from and they are based on your device, region, and language. There may be some times where advertisers are not running promotions for your device, region, and/or language and the pool will be empty.
In some cases, simply restarting your device can result in more ads for you. Otherwise, please check back later.
