If you are having issues with a gold offer from the offerwall, please check your Gold Status screen.
To find the Gold Status screen go to Shop > Free Gold! ‘Offers’ > ‘In Progress’ tab > Tap the offer you are looking into > Tap ‘Missing Coins?’ and you will see more information about that offer’s status.
If you have been incorrectly denied, please double check the requirements of the offer. Some offers can only be done once on a device, even if it was in another game.
If you need additional help with incomplete offers, denied offers, or missing gold, please contact support and they’ll help to get this resolved.
If possible, please include:
- A screenshot of the offer in question
- A screenshot of that offer’s progress ‘Missing Coins?’ status
